Gia Kuwait Domestic Shorthair Young Female in Merrifield, Virginia

My story
Mama Elsie and Gia are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. They cannot be adopted separately.

Mama Elsie and her daughter, Gia arrived on 8/29 from Kuwait and are looking for a nice adoptive home to land in.

Mama Elsie and Gia are active girls who love to play with all types of cat toys: wand toys, laser pointer, mouse toys, the balls in the circular tracks, and iPad games for cats (catching fish, mouse, bugs). Although they enjoy doing zoomies through the house, chasing each other and tussling during the day, they sleep well at night. They also love being petted and getting scritches on the neck, checks, and rump.

They enjoy dry and canned food and salmon treats in the squeezable tubes. They drink from a water fountain. They have perfect litter box manners and use their scratching posts.

Mama Elsie is a bit skittish and slow to warm up. She is not a lap cat and doesn't like to be picked up She is very vocal with her meows. She is a lovely mix of grey, black and tan with spots. She is a sweet kitty.

Gia is affectionate. She doesn't mind being held and will curl up in your lap or on the couch next to you. She is a brave girl. She is more adventurous than her mom and wants to be in on any action; whether getting to the food bowl or treats first or attacking a wand toy first. She's a good jumper and particularly loves the cat tower. She is very playful and cuddly with lots of energy. Gia is a gorgeous girl with beautiful coloration. She is smaller and darker than her mom.

Mama Elsie's estimated birthdate is June 2021 and Gia's estimated birthdate is December 2021. Both are spayed, current on vaccines, tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV, and have been microchipped.
